Azubi.de (professional training)
Professional training for young people up to the age of 25 in the following 8 areas:
waiter, cook, confectioner, beautician, hairdresser, tailor (sewer), office worker, delivery service driver.

Training takes place in our restaurants, workshops and offices as well as in cooperation with firms in the primary employment market.

LernBar (KomPass, Seiltanz)
This department is responsible for the organisation and the logistics of our qualification programmes.

KOMPass
Intensified vocational orientation for pupils from class 8 till the end of their schooldays. The purpose of the project is to develop an appropriate and realistic vocational perspective.

Seiltanz
In this project young people learn important basic competences and we try to improve their motivation to start a vocational training by experimental games and for instance by visiting a “tight rope garden”.

JobLink
This department offers an optional service for job or professional training seeking participants of our training programmes. Here they can get advice and support from employment advisors who also help in producing job application documents.
